Airlie Beach Festival Of Music has added more artists to its already massive 2018 line up, today announcing that Australian Country star Kasey Chambers will be returning by popular demand. Ever since her Whitsunday performances in 2013, Airlie Beach Festival of Music fans have been clamouring for Kasey Chambers return. The country star will appear on the 2018 line-up, along with her father Bill.
This year, as well as her main stage set on Friday night of the festival, Kasey will perform a special set with the Hillbilly Goats on the next morning, for all the kids in the district to attend.
Alongside Kasey Chambers on the festival’s third line-up announcement for 2018 is iconic Australian rock band The Ted Mulry Gang and Gold Coast Funk Soul Hip-Hop band Electrik Lemonade. joining them will be Smash Mouth, Killing Heidi, Ash Grunwald, Dave Dobbyn, The Church, Frankie J Holden and Wilbur Wilde, Diana Anaid, and the 25-piece Melbourne Ska Orchestra, on the 74-band line-up for 2018 with festival organiser Gavin Butlin saying “the announcements weren’t over yet, we’re in negotiations with one of Australia’s top pop divas so stay tuned.”
