The crew at Dashville has dropped their full 2018 Skyline lineup this week adding plenty of exciting acts to the already stellar lineup announced earlier. This popular Hunter Valley festival is known as the “Cosmic Country Weekender”, is a celebration of the Americana, alt-country, folk, bluegrass and psychedelia genres. Now in its third year and getting bigger each year, with the 2018 lineup being arguably the best yet.
2018’s lineup boasts a world-class lineup of alternative forms of country, folk, Americana, psychedelia music acts and true to form, always a big supporter of local music, Dashville have included plenty of talented and exciting emerging, Newcastle/Hunter Valley artist, including the likes of Ben Leece, Grace Turner, Lyle Dennis and plenty more cool locals.
Artists added this week William Crighton – The Bushwackers – Perch Creek – Melody Pool – Halfway – Magpie Diaries – Lachlan Bryan and The Wildes – Georgia State Line – Lo Carmen – Grace Turner – Ben Leece & Left of the Dial – Lyle Dennis Express – The Mezcaltones – The Bitter Darlings – The Slowdowns – Family Fold – Lehmann B Smith – Gleny Rae Virus and her Playboys – Big Daddy Roy’s Hillbilly Bop Safari (Roy Payne) – Dashville Progress Society. All these added to a line up that already included: Ralway Bell – Papa Pilko And The Binrats – The Sweet Jelly Rolls – James Ellis and the Jealous Guys – The Settlement – Davey Craddock – The San Sebastian – Ruby Gilbert – Tori Forsyth – Steel City Sue – The High Andies.
Dashville Skyline is held over the October long weekend (28th September – 30th September) at Belford in the New South Wales, Hunter Valley, with plenty of camping so you can stay, party and enjoy the whole weekend.
