With positive reviews pouring in from across the world, today marks the release of keys legend and long-standing GNR member, Dizzy Reed’s debut solo album, Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy, through Golden Robot Records, available digitally across the globe, with CDs and purple vinyl also released in Australia to celebrate the occasion.

Launching the album in Sydney on Sunday, 18 February at Frankie’s Pizza, Dizzy Reed will perform some of the tracks from the album as well as some GNR faves, with a handful of local acts also taking the stage on the night for a massive night of rock‘n f’n roll.

Rock ‘n Roll Ain’t Easy is 12 tracks of pure rock with Reed uniting with fellow members of Guns N’ Roses, along with some other greats, including players from W.A.S.P., Quiet Riot, Psychedelic Furs, Thin Lizzy, No Doubt, The Replacements, Queens of the Stone Age, and more.

It’s an album that Reed thought may never see the light of day, but with the support of an enthusiastic label behind him, the time finally seemed right, even if squeezed between heavy touring commitments. And many have been surprised – pleasantly surprised – with what they’re now getting to hear…good, hard ROCK AND ROLL.
