THE FOSSICKS & IN MOTION, ROCK ROCK ‘THE WICKO’ THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 18TH

The Wickham Park hotel will rock this Saturday night with these two sensational young bands set to light up the Wicko’s stage!

The Fossicks are flying the flag of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Four mates from Sydney’s west, the band channels the best of 70s glam crossed with 90s rhythms, and a heap of 80s funk for good measure. With the combination of Jack Vietze’s ripping guitar solos, along with frontman David Pedrucci’s soaring vocals and KJ’s funky bass back-‐bone, The Fossicks bring every golden era of rock into one formidable palette, and a sound all their own.

One of the hottest young bands in Newie, In Motion are an emerging alternative rock band from Newcastle, New South Wales. Formed early in 2014 as a creative outlet for their teenage angst, the three-piece have worked on writing their own original material drawing inspiration from current day bands such as Kingswood and Royal Blood with early Soundgarden and Led Zep influences also coming through. By melding hook-filled melodies with hard and heavy beats, In Motion manage to inject this vast array of influences into their sound.
