Well, what a night! Lizotte’s was taken back to the Sixties last Friday, February 24th with a stage brimming with Newcastle music industry royalty at the King’s castle. Girls On The Radio are the ‘oh’ so very talented, Julie Wilson, Pam Gully, Kate White – Flannery and the band was a who’s who of Newcastle Rock with Les Gully, Mark Tinson, Peter Dejong, Jim Porteus, Frank Milward, Dave Thompson and Leigh Sherringham. To top it all off we had the fabulous Carol Duncan as MC.
The hits just kept coming with the likes of Downtown, These Boots Are Made For Walking, He’s A Rebel, The Leader Of The Pack and so many more having the big crowd singing along and dancing in the Isles all night.
All up just a sensational night of live music!
