The Stag & Hunter Hotel just keeps pumping them out with another sensational line up of original live music this week.
Wednesday, August 24th – Tori Forsyth w/ Andrew Swift and Trent Crawford, man we are looking forward to this one!
Tori Forsyth is more than sweet love songs. She’s real and gritty and not afraid to get her hands dirty. She’s gentle but she’s tough, with a love for singing whenever and wherever she can. She’s not afraid of hard work and can belt out a song or deliver it to you sweetly on a plate. An Artist, Tori dances with melodies and paints with words.”
Tori is no stranger to country music as she has lived and breathed a country lifestyle from a young age, now residing in rural Hunter Valley, NSW.
Tori teamed up with ARIA award winning producers Shane Nicholson and Trent Crawford to create her long awaited EP ‘Black Bird’, a dark moody take on country folk music.
Friday, August 26th – Josh Rawiri
Josh Rawiri is a contemporary Australian singer songwriter recognised for his heartfelt and potent live genre-fusion of pop, folk, deep roots rock and soulful blues
Saturday, August 27th – Sean McMahon & The Moonmen
Sean McMahon is a versatile artist with an unmistakable style and voice that ring true across a variety of sonic landscapes captured in his highly regarded recording career to date, through the densely textured electric-guitar soaked alt country of Downhills Home’s ‘Minor Birds’ and ‘Wolves In The Woods’, the sombre, sparse, bluesy hues on concept album ‘Welcome to Gippsland’, the raw, dusty folk on ‘Live At The Last Hotel’ with acoustic trio Wstern Union, to the blisfuly ragged jangle on ‘Shiner’, his latest offering with his band the MoonMen.
