There is four kick arse night of original live music on The Stag & Hunter stage this week
Thursday, November 24th – Alt/ Folk – The Settlement is never one to be pigeonholed. A five-piece rare alternative/folk outfit, sticking to their southern stomp roots. Channeling alternative/folk with Southern stomp, they’ve just returned from a recording session at The Aviary (The Panics, Bonjah, The Cat Empire) where they laid down new single “She’s Alright” and forthcoming debut album.
Friday, November 25th – One of Newcastle’s favourite touring bands and good friends of The Swamphouse, the Urban Chiefs will be on stage and shooting a live DVD of the show. This will be a part of the Urban Chiefs Crowd Funding campaign to help raise much-needed funds for their new album ‘Grains of Truth’ and will take place at the end of the campaign https://pozible.com/project/urban-chiefs-new-album….
