Radio 2HD Breakfast show’s Richard King is holding a fundraising event for Cancer Council NSW as part of The Stars of Newcastle.

King’s Cancer Council Concert is on Sunday 4th June at Wests Cardiff in the Macquarie Room – with your MC Richard King. Doors open at 1:30pm for a 2-5pm show – a number of bands and solo performances throughout the afternoon including: John Paul Young, Adam Eckersley, local Rockabilly band Bad Luck Kitty, The Wild Oats, Newcastle’s new Silverchair In Motion, Greg Bryce from the Newcastle band DV8 & Lyn Bowtell– (Further details of the acts to follow). There will also be great Entertainment from the likes of JD’S World of Magic.

There will be a lucky door prize of a $1000 HelloWorld Travel Voucher & great raffle prizes including a hot lap with one of the V8 supercar drivers around the Newcastle circuit.
Tickets cost $20 with all proceeds raised on the day going towards the Hunter Cancer Council. If you can’t make it on the day and would like to make a donation go to Stars Of Newcastle 2017
