There are three big nights of live music on stage at The Stag & Hunter Hotel this weekend, kicking off Friday, April 28th with Fiona Boyes | 8 pm Free EntryFiona Boyes is an Australian blues guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, has been recording and performing for more than 25 years, building a career that has taken her to major festivals and stages around the world.  A veteran recording artist with 13 releases, Australia’s first lady of the Blues has 5 USA Blues Music Award nominations in 4 different categories, and more than 30 Australian music awards, spanning the blues, folk, jazz and Americana scenes. Fiona’s immersion in the wide musical and historical traditions that make up the Blues and her deep love of the art-form itself lends conviction and authenticity to her playing and songwriting.

Saturday, April 29th, The Dark Clouds, The Hurricanes, The Not Nots | 8 pm Free Entry – A killer night of live music with three rocking bands The Dark Clouds, The Hurricanes and The Not Nots 

Sunday, April 30th, David Knight | 5:30 pm Free Entry – David Knight is an exciting and gifted new artist on the Australian music scene.Since age 11, David has been studying the guitar in all its forms. Now 23 and sitting somewhere between roots, folk and virtuoso, David has developed a unique style and method of performing with the instrument that is bound to see him become one of this country’s finest and most respected guitarists.He is already a regular performer on Foxtel’s ‘Guitar Gods and Masterpieces’ program… He is the youngest artist to be featured on the show.Turning professional while still in high school, David began touring nationally, performing in Australia’s best-known music venues including The Rails in Byron Bay, Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club and Adelaide’s legendary ‘Gov’.
