West Coast Blues Rocker Matty T Wall and his band (Ric Whittle – Drums & Stephen Walker – Bass) are touring to celebrate the release of his hot new album ‘Sidewinder’ with the tour rolling into Newcastle’s Stag & Hunter Hotel last Sunday night.
Man what a night, the Sidewinder album is a favourite on our playlist, but to really appreciate what this artist and his band are all about you have to catch them live, Sunday night was one of the most, powerful, punchy and driven shows we’ve had the pleasure of catching this year. When The Stag’s Sound Engineer Colin Abrahams says it “Officially gets my gig of the week award!” you know it was a cracking show. Check out our gallery from the night below.
